- Refunds or returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, documents).
- Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.
- Customized or cut-to-length steel products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
